| Our goal at Avista Recycling is to recycle and reuse as much equipment as possible. Unfortunately, not all equipment is repairable, or is too costly to fix. When a product is outdated, it is our job to make sure that it gets disposed of in an appropriate manner. This does not mean take it to our local land fill. Most of your outdated office equipment has toxic metals that can get into our water supply, if it is not disposed of properly. |

In addition to our convenient process to dispose of old and unneeded computer monitors and CPUs, Avista Recycling has added a service that includes data destruction of the contents of the hard drive. We are using a process that follows US Department of Defense procedures for this work.
